Enhance the quality of life to the general community or pilot projects.
Impact lasting growth to enable projects to demonstrate their potential or enhance services.
Position Humboldt County for sustainability & strength for community amenities.

2027 GRANT APPLICATION TIMELINE
October 1, 2026: MANDATORY Grant Meeting & Application Cycle Opening.
6pm at the Humboldt Community Center, 607 1st Ave. S, Humboldt
January 8, 2027: Grant Application DEADLINE
Applications must be delivered by 4:00 pm to Partnership for Economic Growth, 29 5th Street South, Humboldt, IA. If mailed, applications must be postmarked no later than December 30, 2025.
January 20, 2027: Committee Meets to Review Applications
February 3, 2027: HCCF Board meets to Approve Grant Award Recommendations
February 17, 2027: GDMCF Submission and Final Approval
February 24, 2027: Notice of Grant Decisions Mailed to All Applicants
March 11, 2027: Grant Awards Ceremony

September 30, 2027: Grant Evaluations or Extension Requests Are Due
